At the end of the Council of American Ambassadors lunch at DACOR House today in honor of this year's Davis Public Diplomacy Fellows, Maren Payne-Holmes and Julius Thai paused with Council chairman Ambassador Bruce Gelb. Karen is assigned to Moscow next year and Julius is preparing for a posting to Tbilisi next summer.
