Expertise: Public Diplomacy, Japan, Sino-US Relations

Ellen Ehrnrooth grew up in London, England, but headed across the pond to pursue her undergraduate degree at Tufts University, where she is a rising junior studying International Relations with an East and Southeast Asia concentration, and a second major in Japanese.
Ellen interned at an international microfinance NGO last summer, where she conducted research on international donor prospects, and drafted and edited status reports on microfinance projects and climactic conditions in Kenya.
She also speaks Swedish and Japanese, and will be studying for a year in Kyoto, Japan as of September.
