Clingendael's Jan Melissen and Emillie de Keulenaar have published a new article, titled "Digital Diplomacy as Global Challenge: the South Korean Experience," in Global Policy. 

"As recent accusations of Russian interference in western election campaigns show, the politics behind digital technology needs to be articulated," they write. "In the debate on the impact of the digital age on diplomacy...it is urgent for diplomats to understand the new digital condition."
