On November 4, research and educational program "Baltic Dialogue – 2015" will open in the financial city of Turku. It will be held by the Gorchakov Fund jointly with NGO “Association for co-operation with Baltic sea countries "NORDEN” (St. Petersburg), “Finland - Russia” Society (Helsinki) and the City Council of Turku.
Participants of the conference will include students, young scientists, employees of public organizations and businesses, representing countries of the Baltic region and involved in its topics.
The attendees of the program will meet with leading experts in foreign affairs and participate in discussions and seminars on burning issues of regional cooperation.
The "Baltic Dialogue – 2015" will be completed on November 5.
