A group of students working towards their Atresmedia International Master’s degree in Corporate Communication visited the U.S. Embassy to learn about American Public Diplomacy [JB emphasis]. Counselor for Public Diplomacy Stewart Tuttle led a presentation describing the similarities and differences between traditional and public diplomacy and pointed out the importance of connecting U.S. and Spanish societies through initiatives such as the Fulbright scholarship program and the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The Embassy’s Press and Social Media Advisors accompanied the Counselor to explain how the Embassy´s Communications Department functions.
