Notice of Meeting: U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy

The U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy (ACPD) will meet in open session in Capitol Visitor's Center, Senate Side, Room SVC 203-02 in Washington, D.C. on May12th from 10:00 –11:30 a.m.

The Commission Members will welcome Ms. Courtney Beale, Senior Director for Global Engagement at the White House National Security Council. Ms. Beale will discuss Presidential Priorities for Public Diplomacy. The Commission Members will also update attendees on recent ACPD projects and activities.

This meeting is open to the public, Members and staff of Congress, the Department of State, Department of Defense, the media, and other governmental and non-governmental organizations. To attend and make any requests for reasonable accommodation, please e-mail pdcommission@state.gov by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Please plan to arrive by 9:40 a.m. to allow time to pass through security.
