The Global Public Diplomacy Network (GPDNet) seeks to bridge the gap between cultural organizations the way that public diplomacy seeks to bridge the gap between governments and the public.
Established in 2014 in Seoul, South Korea with the help of nine other countries, GPDNet has expanded to include members from 13 different nations, including the Academic Community for Development (CADE) in Mozambique, the Korea Foundation, and the Yunus Emre Institute in Turkey.
