(MENAFN – Emirates News Agency (WAM)) DUBAI, 12th March, 2017 (WAM) — The balanced rhetoric that is embraced by the UAE is based on the leadership’s vision for promoting the principles of peace and co-existence between the peoples of the world, said H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, during a public forum today. The UAE’s outstanding experience in communication has earned it a notable stature at both regional and international levels, he added, while speaking at the Public Diplomacy and Government Communication Forum, which was attended by Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Secretary-General of the Co-operation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, sheikhs and senior officials from the UAE. “The UAE has pursued mutual dialogue and direct communication as the path of official rhetoric,” he stated, while highlighting the importance of managing dialogue in an effective way to help achieve the country’s strategic goals and serve its higher interests. The founder of the UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, used internal and external communication as an effective tool in bolstering understanding, rapprochement and co-operation between the people of the world, Sheikh Saif noted.
