For persons interested in public diplomacy (I always hesitate to use the word "scholars" regarding those -- including yours truly -- intrigued by this very down-to-earth activity, which I practiced as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer for over 20 years), I repost this bibliography, with the hope that responses to it will result in suggestions for its improvement/expansion.
