Prime minister invites opposition to join government

In response to Netanyahu's remarks, Herzog said, "The citizens of Israel, the IDF, and the [rest of the] security forces are facing a wave of terrorism. ... They need a prime minister, not a head of public diplomacy. The former Mr. Security runs from speech to speech, but words don't stop terrorism and don't create security."
