Pursuant to Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Georgia's EU and NATO integration does not imply any antagonistic acts towards other stakeholders. According to him, current international security challenges faced by Alliance members and partners require strategic communication.
"This is a tool of effective fight for peace and stability in Euro-Atlantic area and beyond. That is why strategic communications have become an integral part of our policy. The new challenges and demands in terms of security require answers and the Forum will be devoted to resolving of these issues," - the Prime Minister noted.
Giorgi Kvirikashvili expressed hope that the forum will help to further expand the network of public diplomacy experts, will ensure information and experience sharing and development of common strategies and approaches among NATO member countries.
Tbilisi hosts the NATO Public Diplomacy Forum for the first time. Participants discuss the latest trends and challenges in the area of public diplomacy and communication.
