Excerpt:
About the Instructor: Sarah Okawa Ellerbrock, a Tokyo native, a mother of two, and a Kirkland resident, has served for the U.S. State Department at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, focused on Public Diplomacy programming on political and security affairs to promote mutual understanding between the U.S. and Japan. She is passionate about cross-cultural exchanges between the two countries and would like to contribute to the local community in Kirkland. Like most Japanese, Sarah learned the basics of origami through her teachers, friends and family members in her childhood. She is a Coordinator for the World Speaker Forum, co-sponsored by the King County Library System, and a Project Manager for the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington.

Best regards,
