Here’s the final scene (set in the north of Mexico) of what I consider the finest piece of USG “public diplomacy” ever: “Donald Duck and the Three Caballeros.” Disney-produced as part of the Good Neighbor Policy during World War II. Done in English, Spanish, and Portuguese versions.
