More than 91 foreign military and civil scholars are among those expected to attend the annual ‘Colombo Defence Seminar - 2017’, themed ‘Countering Violent Extremism: Global Trends’, during August 28 - 29 at the BMICH, according to the latest information reaching the Army Headquarters on Tuesday (22).
The seminar, to be attended by 800 participants, inclusive of 15 foreign and 12 local guest speakers, is to be ceremonially declared open by the Chief Guest.
