Public Diplomacy and lsrael -- Silence from the USC Center on Public Diplomacy?

Given the many controversies in Israel re its public diplomacy (see recent entries in my Public Diplomacy Press and Blog Review culled from Israeli media), I wonder why the USC PD website -- arguably the "premier" USA university website on PD -- pays so little attention, so far as I can tell, regarding this issue -- on Israel, its PD, its hasbara. I of course stand to be corrected.
