Margaret DeBardeleben Tutwiler (born December 28, 1950 in Birmingham, Alabama) is a former Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs at the US State Department, serving from December 16, 2003 to June 30, 2004. She was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on December 9, 2003 to replace outgoing Under Secretary Charlotte Beers.
