Mel Levine, Chairman of the CPD Advisory Board has announced the appointment of Fadi Chehadé to the CPD Advisory Board.
Serving currently as a Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the World Economic Forum and as a fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government, Chehadé was the President and CEO of ICANN from 2012-16. Citing Chehadé's commitment to improving transnational digital governance and diplomacy as important factors in the decision to bring him on board, Levine explained that Chehadé "credits CPD's Summer Institute in Public Diplomacy (of which he is a proud 2012 graduate) for much of his success in and understanding of public diplomacy."
"Fadi is such a compelling advocate of our work and the ideas underlying so many of CPD's initiatives. We are delighted to have his energy, intellect and generosity of spirit at the table," said Jay Wang, CPD's Director.
