Ripjar is an evaluation tool that gathers real-time information about user interactions on social media. By gauging impressions as well as interactions, the app provides users with both qualitative and quantitative insights. The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office has used this website to calculate the lifespans of their tweets, determine differences in interaction when posts are in local languages, and compare and contrast the success of their various digital diplomacy campaigns.
