DESCRIPTION
The junior expert will assist the Team Leader in the performance of his/her tasks.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree or equivalent in a discipline related to the contract such as public relations, public diplomacy, communication, management etc.;
- Proven knowledge and understanding of Project Cycle Management and Logical framework approach;
- Proven knowledge of EU institutions, functioning and policies;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
General professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: public diplomacy, cultural diplomacy, public relations, communication and/or media, event management, marketing;
Specific professional experience
- Previous professional experience in working at international level in the field of Public relations;
- Previous professional experience in working on EU related matters;
- Previous working experience in Mexico;
- Previous experience with EU Member States', third countries' and/or international organisations' Public Diplomacy strategies, methodologies and tools will be an asset;
