USC PD and its coverage of Israel's public diplomacy

I continue to be amazed -- as someone who follows the coverage of public diplomacy in the media on a daily basis -- why the USC Center on Public Diplomacy does not seem to cover Israel's public diplomacy -- a key issue pertaining to PD -- in USCPD's online entries.

If I've missed something, I of course stand to be corrected from that reputable center of higher learning.
