Jul 20, 2016
The USC Center on Public Diplomacy is now accepting applications from scholars and practitioners of public diplomacy for the 2016-2018 term.*
CPD Research Fellows will be expected to oversee a substantive research project that will yield at least two outputs, including one publication for the CPD Perspectives on Public Diplomacy series. The second output could consist of a blog series for the CPD Blog, or another product that the Fellow develops with the Center. These outputs are due by June 1, 2018.
CPD welcomes proposals that examine both the historical and contemporary practice of public diplomacy conducted anywhere in the world. The selected candidates will each receive a $2,000 stipend awarded upon successful completion of the fellowship, as well as research assistance from students in the Master of Public Diplomacy program or a related degree program at USC. Three non-resident fellows will be selected every year, each serving a two-year term.
Applications are due by close of business on Thursday, September 1, 2016. Awardees will be announced in October 2016. For details on how to apply, click here.
