PREVENTING VIOLENT EXTREMISM

#SwissPVE

Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE) is a topic we’ll be focusing on this month. We’re teaming up with the Geneva-based Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) to host discussions with experts as part of our Swiss Touch campaign. #SwissTouch is Switzerland’s public diplomacy effort in the US to foster round-table discussions on important events.

We will be filming a discussion with experts on this very timely topic and we will be taking questions in advance from twitter, through the hashtag #SwissPVE.

Panelists include:
André Duvillard, Delegate for the Swiss Security Network
Khalid Koser, Executive Director of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund, GCERF
Eric Rosand, Director of the Prevention Project: Organizing Against Violent Extremism and Non Resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Project on U.S. Relations with the Islamic World
Rebecca Weiner, Assistant Commissioner for Intelligence Analysis, NYPD
Moderator: Karen J. Greenberg Ph.D, Director of Center on National Security at Fordham Law

Please tweet your questions with the hashtag #SwissPVE until Thursday morning and we’ll make sure your questions get to the experts!
